Custom Embroidery

In addition to screen printing, custom embroidery is our second most popular embellishment method. Using a specialized .DST file, our embroidery machines carefully stitch threads into the fabric, creating a detailed and intricate design. With each thread, your design gradually takes shape. Embroidery provides a premium finish, giving your organization a polished look that truly stands out.

Embroidery Benefits

Embroidery offers a premium way to enhance garments with a durable, high-quality finish.

- Professional Appearance: Embroidery gives your logo a refined and polished look, perfect for organizations that value quality and excellence.

- Custom Detailing: Each design is carefully monitored, with the stitch count adjusted for precision. This ensures that your embroidered creations are detailed and tailored to your exact specifications.

Long-lasting and Durable

- Unlike screen printing, which uses ink, embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric with threads. This makes custom embroidered apparel highly durable, and the colors remain vibrant even after numerous washes.

Versatile on Various Garments

- While some printing methods may have limitations in terms of print area or fabric type, embroidery is versatile. It can be applied to different fabric types and placed on areas like seams without issue.

- Embroidery machines digitally interpret designs, using programmed needles to intricately stitch the patterns with accuracy and detail, ensuring a customized, professional result every time.

Embroidery Limitations

Embroidery is an excellent option for adding a high-quality finish to your product, but due to its limitations, certain designs may be better suited to other printing methods.

Embroidering Gradients

- Achieving a gradient effect with embroidery is challenging because it requires multiple colour changes to blend smoothly, which involves switching threads frequently.

- For seamless gradients, sublimation or DFT is a better choice. However, if you're open to sharper, more distinct colour transitions, embroidery can still work for gradients.

Limit on Number of Colors

- Embroidery is limited to a maximum of 12 thread colors per design.

Small Details

- Intricate designs or fine text may not translate well to embroidery. If the details can't be enlarged, screen printing may be a more suitable option to capture those smaller elements.

Large Designs Can Be Expensive

- The cost of embroidery is based on the size of the logo or design. Larger designs require more time and thread, which can become costly. If reducing the design size isn't an option, screen printing may be a more affordable alternative.

Embroidery on Waterproof Garments

- Embroidery can compromise the waterproof properties of jackets. For high-end or waterproof garments, we recommend DFT or screen printing to maintain the fabric's integrity while adding your logo.

Embroidery Care Instructions

Embroidered logos are designed for durability, but following these care tips will help extend their lifespan even further:

Washing Guidelines: Inside out, avoid washing with other garments with zippers or sharp objects. Sharp objects can catch on the thread and ruin your logo.

Drying Guidelines: Hang dry if possible to prevent shrinkage. If the fabric around the embroidery shrinks, there can be wrinkling around the embroidered logo.

Iron: Do not iron an embroidered logo directly. Flip the garment inside out and avoid any steaming features.
